What is Lyfestyle Desyn?

Why haven’t I learned this sooner? Why isn’t this being taught in school? Why does it feel like some people have life figured out while others are left searching for answers in the dark.

We’ve all asked these question at some point in our lives and we’re often left wondering why is it set up this way? We have access to more information than any other generation yet we’re starving for knowledge. We have a wealth of advice but a poverty of wisdom. We’re overwhelmed with directions yet left with little guidance on the journey ahead. And more importantly how do we know if the road ahead is even worth traveling down?

I’ve been asking these same questions for many years & I too was left wondering why there isn’t a reliable resource out there that answers these pressing life questions. It’s often said that life doesn’t come with an instruction manual but in my opinion life is far too important not to. As I grew older, my lack of wisdom & understanding in so many areas in life felt like an injustice. So I finally decided to do something about it.

I wanted to better understand how to navigate my own life, I wanted to make smarter & more informed decisions about my financial future I wanted to learn how to craft a more rewarding & fulfilling existence in life. This all started as a personal journey of deeper understanding to solve personal problems but eventually it evolved into a resource I was sharing with many of those close to me.

Thats why I started lyfestyle desyn, so the valuable lessons life has to offer are turned into accessible resources that are meant to be shared. Lessons on creativity, on career decisions, on human emotions, self care, parenting, finances, knowledge management, lessons on the art of living, all in one place.

But knowledge alone isn’t enough. Knowledge is in fact pointless without action. Through action you gain experience & from experience you gain understanding & wisdom. But how do you know which first step towards action to take? The many choices feel overwhelming & even paralyzing. In my journey for deeper understanding this was a key component I found to be missing in a lot of resources online. How do we take the information we’re absorbing & apply it immediately to our life, how do we turn what we’re learning into actionable steps. How can we be confident that the steps we’re taking is indeed going to get us closer to where we want to go?

This a stumbling block that prevents progress for most people, also called analysis paralysis, a common problem Lyfestyle Desyn seeks to solve. Providing a bridge between the gap of where you are & where you know want to go. Each lesson on the art of living will not only provide education but also practical steps to take & tools to use to help you incorporate the knowledge into your life. That way you can feel confident in the direction your heading & eventually arrive at your desired destination in life.

The issue today is that we’re surrounded by advice that only offer bandaid solutions. Solutions that give us instant gratification & satisfies our dopamine brains in the short term, but leaves us right back where we started in the long term. Unfortunately alot of the advice we hear today are treating the symptoms of the problem & not the underlining issue. Solutions that result in real change require education, examination, creative problem solving & action. All of which are hard to condense down into a 30 second reel. This is why self improvement can be so difficult today, a lot of platforms just want to give you what you want to hear & not what you need to hear. Lyfestyle Desyn is looking to change that.

That’s why Lyfestyle Desyn is more than a site, or a platform, it’s more than a collection of lessons & videos. As the name suggest Lyfestyle Desyn is about learning what it means to live a well designed life. Because we believe improvement in all aspects in life is a life long journey. We believe in living an intentional life where you are the director & get to make creative decisions in designing your future.
